EVENT Highlights
Guinness World Record
On November 9th 2019, my book Mahrooseh was part of world's largest book signing event.
Seated among 1,502 authors from around the world, we simultaneously signed our books at the Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF), setting a new Guinness World Record.
It was exciting to meet many authors from all over the world and interacting with people who continue to express their love of books.
Thank you SIBF for this opportunity and congratulations to all the authors who participated.
Celebrating Mahrooseh DXB
We celebrated the launch of my new book Mahrooseh in Dubai.
Both photography and musical worlds collided at KAVE in Alserkal Avenue on the evening of November 1st, 2019.
In collaboration with music band As-Per-Casper’s lead singer-songwriter, Carla Saad, we celebrated the joy of books, photography and song. I was happy to share my photo-journey in making the book. The talk was accompanied by the good-vibes musical performance by As-Per-Casper (click to learn more).
