I’m Falak Shawwa - a photographer with a passion to document the experiences and journeys of different people and the richness of their cultures. I am excited to welcome you to Falak Photogrpahy.

Having worked with various organizations including Reuters, Agence France-Presse (AFP), spending years documenting the daily life of children in Refugee Camps in Lebanon and special assignments with the GKCF and UNICEF; added to the dynamic of how I see the world.

I love exploring and capturing the beauty of the world we live in, and I hope it inspires the need to appreciating what we have in and around us, our families, friends and health.

I believe in the power that photography has in bringing a sense of positively that can sometimes adjust our outlook on life.

Falak Photography brings together my love for photography and my personal experience in capturing images to express myself and explore the world.

My work has been exhibited in London, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Cyprus, Beirut and Dubai.
